By making a booking via our website, you also accept and agree with all terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions are all standard to the industry.

In addition, 'London Premier Notting Hill' does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of this website and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions therein.

We make every attempt to ensure that information supplied on our booking site is up to date and appropriate, but cannot guarantee that the rates and hotels listed will be available at the time of bookings.

Please feel free to contact us in case you would like to access certain information that you cannot find on our website. We will provide the information without delay.

RESERVATIONS

Individual Bookings:

At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorise the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners and Switch only), valid until the date of departure from the hotel. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance 48hrs prior to the date of arrival. If the card has been declined, the hotel will try to contact the guest and reserves the right to cancel the booking if an alternative valid card is not provided. Bookings cannot be guaranteed without a valid credit/debit card. Full payment is required upon check-in.

Please bring your booking reference number, send to your by email or by fax, along with you at the time of check-in. We will not take any responsibility for your arrival at the hotel without your booking reference number.

Group Bookings:

Different conditions will apply for group bookings of 10 rooms or more as set above for individual bookings.

FLEXI RATE

Under Flexi rate booking, the rooms are subject to availability in the London Premier Notting Hill or an alternative hotel in the group. We do not guarantee the availability of room. You will be provided with complimentary transfer to take you to the nearby hotel of similar standards within London Premier Notting Hill.

MANAGE YOUR BOOKING ONLINE:

To amend or cancel your booking, visit our website to 'View/Modify Reservation' and make changes by entering your reservation-id and email address. You will be able to make the amendment on the booking details displayed on the screen.

CANCELLATION

Individual Bookings:

We must receive cancellations before 2.00 pm, 24 hours prior to the expected day of arrival. Any cancellation received later than the required date or in case of now show, we will charge for one night's accommodation. Special offers, discounted rates and packages have different cancellation policies. We request you to please check at the time of booking.

Group Bookings:

There are different agreed conditions for all group bookings of 10 rooms or more as set above the individual bookings. We will charge the full amount of the tariff specified unless otherwise agreed in writing in case of cancellation or non-arrival. Please submit your cancellations directly to our Group's Desk London by fax or email and we will ask for proof of written cancellation.

Early Departure Policy:

Non Smoking Policy

London Premier Notting Hill is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment thereby adhering to applicable laws, rules and regulations. Smoking is prohibited in all the enclosed areas within the facility without exception. This includes guest rooms, common areas, hallways, elevators, stairs, restrooms, pool areas, outside entrance and lobby areas and all other enclosed facilities.

If a smoking violation occur, the person will be charged a £200.00 penalty. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and employees are not subject to second hand smoke.

PETS

We do not allow pets in the hotel. This restriction is not applicable to service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Guests can click images at the property or take from our websites/ collaterals. However the usage of such images will be strictly for personal and non-commercial usage. In case you do want to use images for business purposes including, but not limited to, publicity materials, websites, books, newspapers and magazines, then such usage must be approved by our Marketing Department on pr@shaftesburyhotels.com

CHILD POLICY

  • The hotel welcomes guests of all ages and our aim is to make travelling with the family even more enjoyable.
  • Children up to 2 years may share their parent's room at no extra charge. Baby cots are available upon request (subject to availability) and advance booking is required.
  • Children aged 18 years and under may not occupy a hotel room on their own and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Photo-ID requirement for British Citizen

Any guest who is a British citizen can provide a valid driver's License ( UK & EU License only) or any other ID type with guest photo

Photo-ID requirement for UK Residents

Any guests who are a resident in the United Kingdom must provide a valid passport or national ID cards with photo which states their nationality.

Photo-ID requirement for EU Residents

Guest checking in from any of the European Union countries must provide either the ID card , Passport or EU drivers licence upon check-in.

Photo-ID requirement for NON-UK & EU Residents

Guest who are not from UK or any of the EU countries can only provide a Passport as a valid photo-ID.
